ABOUT Petra
Petra Samlow is a therapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner based in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, offering evidence-based psychotherapy, RTT hypnotherapy, and couples counselling both in-person and online worldwide.

Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, and over two decades of experience working with people across diverse cultures and contexts, Petra helps clients create meaningful and sustainable change. Her approach is grounded in scientific understanding of the mind while deeply attuned to each person’s lived experience.
Many of Petra’s clients describe themselves as high-functioning but exhausted — capable and accomplished, yet struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, or disconnection in their relationships. Petra’s integrative style combines insight-based psychotherapy with practical, solution-focused tools to restore balance, resilience, and self-understanding.

She also works extensively with couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. Whether working individually or together, Petra provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore, heal, and grow.

Sessions are available in-person in Caringbah, NSW, and online via Zoom for clients across Australia and internationally.

“Understanding yourself on a deeper level is the first step toward healing.”
